This online guidebook provides resources to help communities transition to clean energy. It reflects the collective experience of communities across the state and provides information on building your team, creating an energy plan, engaging the community and carrying out a wide range of energy efficiency and clean energy initiatives. Using the image below, simply click on the topic you are interested in. The guidebook is flexible and a community can start where they like. However, if you are just beginning your journey, we suggest starting with the box labeled “Initial Project Organization.” In order to reach the 100% goal, a community will have to engage on all the topics below.
