Progress around energy issues is some of the most critical work of our times. Yet, often it is the case that organizations work in parallel rather than synergistically. In this webinar, we will introduce the work of the Connecticut Councils of Governments (COGs) to the Connecticut Energy Network (CTEN) and vice versa. Following these introductions presented by COG staff and CTEN members, we will consider together how these groups can engage in meaningful ways to tackle energy issues and achieve greater outcomes.
Chritine O’Neill, an environmental planner for the Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments, and Elizabeth Sanderson, the BIL Coordinator and Principal Program Manager at Capitol Region Council of Governments, share their insights on the work the COGs are doing and how CTEN members can participate in this work.
