The Farmington Valley Chapter of PACE started its house tour tradition with a bang! On March 5, 1977, a $3 ticket (free to PACE members) gained you entrance to five diverse and interesting sites showcasing a wide array of innovative clean energy technologies. These included an operational hydroelectric mill, and four homes featuring solar photovoltaic (PV), solar thermal, passive solar, high=performance building envelopes and thermal storage.
